Fix analytics_api role when analytics db name differs from config name

In https://github.com/edx/configuration/pull/4443/files I mistakenly changed
the ANALYTICS_DATABASE to the ANALYTICS_API_REPORTS_DB_NAME. In fact this
config refers to the database config identifer in the DATABASES dictionary.

This worked fine in sandboxes where both the config and the db are named
'reports', however when those configs differ, such as on staging, the health
check would fail as it tries to connect to the reporting database. This PR
fixes that change by setting this value back to 'reports'

Add dockerfiles for analytics pipeline

It looks like this was part of the original rollout of the microsites
feature back in December 2013, but was quickly removed in February
2014. These references have been orphaned ever since.
I can find no other references to it in the platform, save these.

* Update some hard-coded plugin versions, apparently.

Was trying to keep the play consistant with the role, but there were downstream
consumers (gocd) where underscores were not used so consistency was impossible.
Opting to go back to the way the play was previously named

The primary motivation is that this provides convenience functions for
parsing YAML files.
