The endpoint now returns the publication status of each service to which it published. This will better enable the debugging of errors that occur when publication to one, or more, services fails.

Fix enables person family name in discovery to be empty. · 0ed68ccd

Adding person in discovery throws 500 if family name is
empty. Person expects family name to generate full name.
This fix would enable family name to be empty as its not a
required field.
