Without this, sandbox builds fail when edx-platform updates because the
virtualenv contains distribute and we try to install setuptools.

The new sandbox is built from master around cypress.

I also updated the base ubuntu images to the latest ones.

This isn't visible in Jenkins, so would only be changed here.

We have SSL for *.sandbox.edx.org but not for *.*.sandbox.edx.org so
things like studio.sandbox.edx.org don't serve the right SSL cert.

In the case of sandboxes, nginx listens on 443/80 and needs to pass
along the scheme of the request so that django knows if the client is
connecting over HTTP or HTTPS, rather than forwarding non-existant ELB
headers.

This one has a less full disk unlike the previous one that is full of assets.

Correct typo.  Spelling is hard.

Add the EDXAPP_CFG_DIR so that yaml templates get created in the correct location.

`repo.txt` and `local.txt` don't always exist.

Add set -e so the script fails if any command in the script fails.

Connect sandbox to prod-clone didn't retain the edxapp version even though
it asked the user for it in the jenkins job.

Ansible will use the correct ssh params so that we don't have to worry about host key checking
which will become a problem as we build sandboxes at the same domain more than once.

Also check the return code to make sure it succeeded.

Don't override the versions is server-vars.yml.

The example above is a snippet from jenkins which the integration test runs into,
meaning it is often suceeding but reporting it as failure.  There is still an issue
with the cms worker which is related to 'stopwaitsecs' which is really high for all
workers due to grading.  That work will need to be refactored so that cms workers
don't wait so long before killing the worker.

The problem is the same as what is described here but more investigation will be
useful.
