Separating the views for proctored, practice and timed exams.

Addressed the suggestions

concatenation with format fucntion

Removed some unused context variables for timed exams to reduce complexity.
Made a common context dictionary for Practice and Proctored exams.

Addressing a bug. Added a testcase.
