Fix for leaderboard image bug

Removing a "float:left" style to fix TNL-3115. Modified css files
are included.

Some tests were reliably failing on my shiny new "not-editably-installed"
ora sandbox, which led to some intense debugging.

Now finding/excluding files to allow ora to be installed in
non-editable mode, which will be done in edx-platform as part
of the next release.

Remove a submission from ORA by cancelling it to remove from grading
pools, then passing through to submissions.

Profiling changes and data

Made a few small optimizations to acceptance tests, added ability to profile
tests with an environment var, and updated .gitignore to ignore files
generated when running acceptance tests locally.
