Made a few small optimizations to acceptance tests, added ability to profile
tests with an environment var, and updated .gitignore to ignore files
generated when running acceptance tests locally.

Includes fixing my previous work on the staff assessment test to
use the required flow, not the override. Also refactors full workflow
tests and adds a new one to include a required staff grading step.

Able to enable full staff grading from studio, save without errors, and view
the staff grading step as expected from LMS.

    -fetching real staff requirements
    -javascript to hook into the python backend
    -changing some default assumptions about assessment types

Latex was not enabled on the imported course; however we have a test that expects it
to be enabled.

Also update various names to match the contents of the tar.

Using docker will result in faster build times, as well as faster build *start* times.
