Revert "EDUCATOR-856: Make use of enhanced course_summaries/ Data API endpoint (#710)" (#724) · a1c64519

This reverts commit 53fe3495.

Rolls back usage of the v1 api endpoint. Changes the Course List table from
server-side back to client-side.
See EDUCATOR-1355 to track the eventual refactor of v1 and re-commit of these
changes.
