Loading application-main separately from RequireJS

django-compressor doesn't recognize the data-main attribute. Thus, at compression time this attribute is eliminated and the main script is not loaded.

Made Interactive Tooltip Header Configurable

Consuming code can now configure the header of the interactive tooltip. This has been configured for the engagement content view.

Change values for "Week Ending" to be last day of week instead of interval_end.

interval_end.

Change appears in table and on graph for weekly engagement counts.  CSV
is unaffected, as it outputs interval_start and interval_end timestamps.

The "Week Ending" value is never explicitly mentioned in the
documentation, so no change is required there.
