Our test logs are so large Travis doesn't display them on the default build summary page. Most of the information logged is useless. In the event of an error, the logs will displayed alongside a stack trace thanks to nose. This change disables console logging, removing the extraneous log output.

The false-positives raised by this validation for tests has lead us (me, at least) to ignore this validation. When developing locally, bad data prevents the application from starting, which prevents me from easily fixing that data via Django admin. This check costs more than it's worth. It's time for it to go.

The retry fulfillment tests consistently fail on Travis. This change ensures we are waiting for the page to load before continuing the test.

Calling the logging of the user to segment before calling the tracking function, so events are attributed to the correct user.

Remove the SEGMENT_KEY from settings, this value is now set in Django admin and the value existing in settings can lead to developer confusion and frustration (ask me how I know this)

An email is now sent to learners after a credit is issued for a refund. This functionality can be controlled for each site, and is only applicable for refunds of a course seat.
