There were still some duplicate invoices left after running #994. This will remove invoices that have more than one same coupon in it's order lines instead of only it's order basket lines.

This view signs the user-input billing details along with the server-generated basket details, and returns the complete parameter JSON object. The resulting data can be forwarded to CyberSource to complete a transaction. SOL-2116

Django templates were attempting to instantiate the payment processors. This fix disables that functionality for the payment processor classes since (a) we don't need to instantiate them and (b) they cannot be instantiated without a Site object. ECOM-6277 and SOL-2114

When the user selects 'Can be used multiple times by multiple users' usage limitation option, the default value would be 1 which doesn't make sense for multi-use vouchers. Instead now it's default is blank which, if left that way, will default to 10000 which is the arbitrary limit that Oscar sets for this attribute, and the minimum limit is set to 2.
