Haystack replaces the direct access to Elasticsearch. This gives us the ability to automatically index models as they are updated and/or deleted. Additionally, the following changes were made: - Moved ES-related management command and utils to core app - Replaced TEST_ELASTICSEARCH_HOST with TEST_ELASTICSEARCH_URL ECOM-3972
