These are Django defaults, but analytics-api hasn't used them
for 3 years.

This means you don't have to override the entire ANALYTICS_API_DATABASES
just to specify a user/password/host.

`DATABASE_OPTIONS` was deprecated in Django 1.2 and removed in 1.4.
`OPTIONS` should now be passed as part of `DATABASES`.
