Part of the file name template is eaten up by Python's `%` formatting,
resulting in log files missing the `s` of "stderr" and "stdout".

Periodically refresh what the primary nat is from AWS it changes
out from under the script.

Since this file changes rapidly in jenkins and it is difficult to manage
via version control here.  It's hard to maintain the changes made from
Jenkins in sync here, so remove it from git to reduce complexity.
