Change the uids that we use so that there is a lesser change of collision and check the uid rather than the owner.

Match directory permission with 755 instead of 644

Directories need the execution bit being set therefore instead of 644, it needs 755.

Remove tests for things that are now using the playbook based 'test_new' infra.  Units will remain here
after refactoring, WIP, more to come.

Also change the mode of test.sh to now be u+x
