Add detail to copy module validate argument

This clarifies the validate command argument and makes it clear that if
it is present, it must include the '%s' argument for the path to the
temporary file to validate.

When using complex args with an async task, the subsequent runs of
async_status would inherit them, causing a module error (invalid params).

it is still processing a previous request when the next comes in will
return an error.
